Delete your SingMyVoice account

Account deletion · GDPR & CCPA compliant

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We process requests within 30 days as required by applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).

From the app

This is the fastest way to delete your account. Deletion is initiated immediately and finalised within 30 days.

Open SingMyVoice on your device
Sign in to your account if you aren’t already
Go to the Profile tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”
Confirm the deletion in the dialog

What gets deleted permanently

Your account and authentication credentials
All generated songs, lyrics, and audio files
Voice samples and voice clones you created
Subscription details and credit balances
Personal preferences and settings

What may be retained

Anonymized transaction records may be kept for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. All personally identifying information is permanently removed.

If you have an active subscription

Cancel your Google Play subscription separately before deleting your account to avoid future charges:

Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SingMyVoice → Cancel

Account deletion does not automatically cancel store-level subscriptions. Google manages billing separately from the app.

Can’t access the app?

If you can’t sign in, email support@singmyvoice.app from your account email address. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
